Shipping policy

We pack every order with the same care, whether it's a single bottle of rose water or a full pantry restock. Fragile items — salt lamps, glass oil bottles, and cooking tiles — are wrapped with reinforced, box-in-box padding to prevent breakage in transit.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. International orders may take longer to clear customs depending on the destination country's import procedures, and any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or your tracking information hasn't updated in several days, contact us at admin@harmainglobal.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf.
